We are Limbloss Connection
Limbloss Connection is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting, supporting, and empowering individuals living with limb loss and limb difference. Founded by people who have experienced limb loss firsthand, we understand the physical, emotional, and social challenges that come with this journey. Our goal is to provide a trusted space where individuals and families can find information, peer support, and community resources that foster recovery, confidence, and independence.
A world where no one faces limb loss alone — where individuals, families, and caregivers have access to the knowledge, community, and resources they need to rebuild their lives and thrive.
To connect, support, and empower individuals living with limb loss and limb difference through shared experiences, peer support, education, and advocacy — helping every person live with confidence, purpose, and possibility.
The Limbloss Connection Story
Limbloss Connection began with a simple idea — that no one living with limb loss should ever feel alone. What started as conversations between people who understood each other’s challenges has grown into a compassionate community that reaches across Canada and beyond.
Our founders, Kevin Gray and Chris Ramlackhan, each experienced life-changing amputations and discovered the power of connection through shared understanding. During their recoveries, they met others who were searching for the same thing — honest conversation, guidance, and hope from people who had been there. Those early conversations became the foundation for something much greater.
Today, Limbloss Connection brings together individuals living with limb loss, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and advocates in a supportive network built on empathy, education, and empowerment. Through virtual support groups, podcasts, articles, and community partnerships, we strive to ensure that every person affected by limb loss has access to the resources and relationships they need to thrive.
At its heart, Limbloss Connection is more than an organization — it’s a movement of people helping people rediscover strength, purpose, and possibility after limb loss.

Connection
Its more than a word
Connection is the heartbeat of Limbloss — a living thread that draws people together for support, understanding, and shared strength. It is through genuine connection that resilience is built, because no one is meant to stand alone in their struggles or growth. When we connect with open hearts, we create a space where voices are heard, burdens are lighter, and healing becomes possible. In that shared presence, resilience isn’t just personal — it becomes collective, rooted in community and carried by compassion.
